Cannabidiol, aka CBD, is extracted from hemp, which is a plant grown for industrial use. CBD is the second most prevalent active ingredient of cannabis. It's great to know that CBD will not cause addiction, since there has been no evidence regarding health issues associated with it. I guess my brother can actually try this option for himself to address the sleep problems he has ever since the pandemic started. He can get the right dosage and product to buy if he gets consulted at a medical marijuana clinic first.

I find it so interesting that CBD can have beneficial effects on insomnia. My younger brother has been dealing with insomnia for the past four months. I'll recommend that he invest in CBD products this week to see if they will improve his quality of sleep.

Thank you for explaining how CBD can actually help with insomnia. I've really been struggling with my sleep lately, and my medicine hasn't helped much lately. I'll be sure to look into trying CBD to see if it can help improve my sleep.

Thanks so much for pointing out that CBD can help with diseases and health issues like PTSD and insomnia. My partner has lots of trouble sleeping and we haven't been able to find anything to help them. We'll have to look into finding a place to get CBD products from to see if that might help them sleep.
